We were down at the house last weekend to see how things were going with the building work and I took this shot of the plants in bloom from the top balcony. Across the valley someone was clearing land and burning off the remains, the sun was out, but it was chilly at night. All in all, a lovely shot to remind me of what keeps me coming back to this place.
It keeps on changing and the spring or winter is as compelling as the summer or autumn and in many ways better as the campo is green and it is cooler to walk.
